We threw a Bark Mitzvah party for Zack on February 2nd, 2020. We invited Zack’s best friends, and celebrated with food and drinks for both the humans and the pups! There were even loot bags sponsored by a local pet store, Little Bear, full of some of Zack’s favorite items.
This was a special event for us as Zack had just been diagnosed with end-stage congestive heart failure. Having all of his favorite humans and pups around to celebrate our special boy meant the world.
Zack lived for another year and a half after his Bark Mitzvah. But sadly, Zack passed away on September 25, 2021 at the age of 14. In addition to the humans in his life, Zack is survived by two younger dog brothers, who – like Zack – are Coton de Tulears. Henry was born in August 2016 and Leo was born in May 2017.
