Mitzvah Project: Raising Money and Collecting Supplies for Rescue Dogs by Participating In the Voorhees Animal Orphanage Mitzvah Walk
Ever since I was a little girl, I always had a passion for animals, especially dogs. I frequently visit the Voorhees Animal Orphanage to see the dogs or drop off much needed supplies. I decided for my Mitzvah Project to raise awareness for rescue dogs. On November 20th I attended the Voorhees Animal Orphanage Mitzvah Walk with family and friends to raise money and collect supplies for the Voorhees Animal Orphanage. I raised at least $2500, which went to feeding and housing the many dogs. It brings me happiness to see these dogs go to loving homes. I will continue to support the rescuing of dogs for years to come.
